We did a survey of Holme Dunes to see how the dunes develop and what plants grow there. We carried out a transect of the dunes, measuring the change in the slope at different points. We also measured wind speed, temperature, pH of soil and moisture to build up a picture of what the dunes are like, and assessed the effectiveness of the sea defenses in the area.
